+1% of revenue from transactions where Promi is active, no more than 5% of total incremental revenue

Revenue-based charges only apply for discounts created in the Promi app. We cap our revenue-based charges to a maximum of 5% of incremental revenue generated if a control group is used. If no control group is used, charges will be 1% of total applicable transaction revenue. Users are able to use UI features on non-Promi discounts without incurring revenue-based charges. Questions?
